Skill challenges are one of the simplest and most versatile mechanics in DnD. Introduced in 4th Edition, they give Dungeon Masters an easy way to simulate complex or otherwise boring scenarios, while giving the players freedom to tackle obstacles however they see fit. In this video, I want to go over what skill challenges are, and give you examples of ways to use them in your campaigns.
