How long does it take to process a partner visa extension or switch being made inside the UK?

The current processing time for a spouse/partner visa being made inside the UK, is 3 months on average (for the standard service). Applications inside the UK applies to spouses, partners or other eligible family members (of a British national or a settled person in the UK) already in the UK with a valid visa, applying to extend or switch to a spouse/partner visa. A super priority service option to get a decision within 1-2 days, is also available for an extra fee.
