Ketan Agarwal died on June 18, 2026, after allegedly being pushed from Lohagad Fort in Maharashtra.

The chargesheet also reportedly mentions searches about what to say if questioned by police, how to avoid panicking and what to do if she was caught.

Investigators further alleged that the accused had researched previous murder cases and deaths involving falls from cliffs and gorges around the Lonavala region. The investigation reportedly uncovered Instagram, WhatsApp and Snapchat chats, call records, forensic evidence and other digital material.

Police have filed a 5,053-page chargesheet against Siya Goyal, Chetan Chaudhary and Ritesh Hange. The chargesheet reportedly contains witness statements and other evidence related to the alleged conspiracy and death of Ketan Agarwal.

The allegations against the accused have not yet been proven in court, and they are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
