Officer Dominic Francis was a lot of things: a bus driver, a coach, a volunteer firefighter and a police officer, just to name a few. But he was so much more, and no one knows that better than the woman who stood by his side for 14 years.
"I hate that it came down to his line of duty death for the whole world to see the Dom we all knew," Ricki Francis said in an exclusive sit-down interview with WTOL 11 reporter Kalie Marantette, where she shared more about her husband almost one year after his line-of-duty death.
