WHAT YOU NEED:
For Marinade:
1 Whole Medium Chicken
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Red Chili
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs Oil
2 Tbs Plain Yogurt
To Make The Curry Paste :
1 Large Tomatoes
1 Large Onion
4 Gloves Garlic
1 medium Ginger
To Build The Curry Base:
1/4 cups Cooking Oil
Half Medium Onion
2 small cinnamon sticks
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbs Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala
3 Green Chili Peppers
2 Tbs Plain Yogurt
Salt to taste
3 medium Potatoes
