Chicken box patties are a popular Pakistani snack, especially during Ramadan where they are served at Iftar time. Made with samosa sheets or spring roll wrappers they are filled with chicken, cheese and vegetables and fried till golden brown.
It is also famous in Kerala, tea shops. In this video, I’ll show you how to make the best chicken tikka boxes.

Ingredients;
( make 7 to 8 boxes )
One cup bonus chicken
Half tablespoon oil
1/3 teaspoon crushed red chili
1/3 teaspoons gram masala
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
½ teaspoon chili powder
Half teaspoon kasuri methi
 1/4 cup chopped spring onion
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
Samosa wrappers, as needed
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Water, as needed
Oil, as needed, to deep fry
Breadcrumbs
One egg

Prepare Flour Slurry:

In a small bowl, mix together all-purpose flour and enough water to create a thick yet spreadable paste. Set aside. This will be the binding paste for the patties.
