The E-1 Nest is located about 105 feet above the ground, on the top of a Loblolly Pine tree near the shore of Kincaid Lake, in the Kincaid Lake Recreation Area, Evangeline Unit, Calcasieu Ranger District, Kisatchie National Forest, Rapides Parish, central Louisiana.
