An Alaskan Adventure! Denali National Park!

Straying from our RV content once again, but this time in a completely different way! Rachel and I have left the kids and dogs at home, and flew to Anchorage Alaska! We’re doing this in the middle of winter!
Why you ask?
It’s all in this episode, well not all of it, but even if it was just this one; it was so worth it!
Denali National Park, or maybe it was overshadowed by Denali State Park.
First, we’ll start the day at the Iditarod Headquarters, or maybe it was at Walmart. Alaska is awesome, no matter where you are. We were greeted by some dogsled teams getting their health checks for the race. This is a neat place to visit, with som old trophies, and it’s a good place to get some souvenirs.
Shortly after, and headed north, we found Denali, or was it Mt. McKinley? We found good views from hundreds of miles away. We made our way north, braving the icy road conditions to Denali State Park. The South View provides one of the most spectacular view points of the mountain.
Then we started to find wildlife, several moose, and even a wolf; just while driving to the National Park.
We finished our long day, with a few short hikes in the National Park, which provided more views of the mountain, and from several different angles.
