My New Piano Etude, composing process, using pedal

Описание: In this second part of my piano etude composition process, I continue developing the main rhythmic idea and explore new harmonic colors, textures, and dynamics.

In this episode, we move through measures 41–79, where the piece grows in intensity, changes meter, reaches one of its climaxes, and then opens into a lighter, more spacious section. You’ll also see how the notation changes, how the pedal is introduced, and how the main theme evolves between the hands.

At the end of the video, I perform the etude from the beginning up to today’s fragment.
