Materials:
Bubble Wrap
Paint
Cellotape
Instructions:
1. Squeeze paint onto the smooth surface of bubble wrap
2. Fold bubble wrap in half - bubbles should be on external surface
3. Tape bubblewrap to the ground
4. Enjoy!!
