this vlog is about the roughest full week to start 2026.
my dog was sick, i went to the ER for the first time in my adult life (still can’t believe that), and i had no choice but to slow all the way down. lots of rest, lots of recovery, homemade pho for healing, and very little talking or laughing — which is honestly wild because that’s usually all i do.
life in my 30s sometimes looks like moving nonstop… and sometimes it looks like being forced to sit still and listen to your body. what a start to the new year, but i’m glad i chose rest and made sure i was okay.
nothing fancy, nothing extra (okay… maybe a little dramatic). just real life, as it happened.
