For one of the Winterfest Quests in Fortnite, you need to "Maintain a Speed of 88mph in a Whiplash Time Machine". You can find the Whiplash Time Machine at a few set locations around the map, here is one of them. Simply be the first to get into it, accelerate up to speed, and then boost to 88mph, a little cutscene will play and you'll complete the quest.
