Burnt Basque Cheesecake baked in Turbo Broiler
Burnt Basque Cheesecake is a no fancy cheesecake recipe, it's so easy you can make it even when your eyes closed. lol. Also, I used our ever reliable turbo broiler, since the heat is on the top, it'll make your cheesecake easier to bake, You'll have to play with your turbo broiler temperature settings until you have come up with the right one. But for this recipe, I stick with 180°C for 20 minutes. Below is the Ingredients for this recipe.
2 packs of Cream Cheese, I used Philadelphia.
3/4 white/ granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup heavy cream, or sour cream or All Purpose cream
2 tbsp cake flour
3 large eggs
