Описание: We vacuum degassed our first wine (first time vacuum degassing, not our first wine), and learned a few things along the way. First- vacuum degassing is very effective as you'll see from the video. Second- having a run-off reservoir is a good idea in case foaming gets out of hand. And third- definitely rack the wine first so you don't get huge chunks from the bottom of the carboy.
