Sir Keir Starmer will answer questions from MPs on Wednesday.
The Chancellor has insisted that leaks to the media about the Budget before its announcement were "unacceptable" and "damaging.
Appearing in front of MPs on the Treasury Select Committee on Wednesday, Rachel Reeves said: "Leaks are unacceptable, the Budget had too much speculation.
"There were too many leaks and much of those leaks and speculation were inaccurate, very damaging," she said.
