TELANGANA SOCIAL WELFARE & TRIBAL WELFARE RESIDENTIAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS SOCIETIES - HYDERABAD TGUGCET-2020 Prospectus for Admission in to 1st year Degree Course for the Academic Year 2020-21 (Please read the instructions carefully before applying online) Filled in online applications are invited from the eligible candidates for admission into 1st year B.A/BBA/B.Com/B.Sc Degree English Medium Courses. (40 students in each course)  Students who are appearing for second year intermediate examinations to be held in March, 2020 are also eligible to apply. However, they will be considered for admission only if they pass in Intermediate examinations.  Students whose parent’s annual income is less than Rs. 1,50,000/- (in case of rural areas) Rs. 2,00,000/- (in case of urban areas) are eligible.

II. General Information:
1. The candidates have to exercise the options – College & Course Wise. A. In Case of Women (i) Who are interested (Whose height is 152 cms) to join in TSW Residential Armed Forces Preparatory Degree College Bhongir they have to give option by choosing the courses offered in the college and have to appear for Test – 6: MRG. (ii) Who are interested to join in 4 Specialized TSW Residential Degree Colleges candidates of all the old 10 districts have to give option by choosing the courses offered in the college/colleges. (iii) Who are interested or not interested to join in the above 5 colleges (Item II – 1 A-i & ii) have to give option for the TSW & TTW Residential Degree Colleges for Women which are located in their old district in which they have completed their intermediate education by choosing the courses offered in the college/colleges. B. In Case of Men – (i) 7 TTW Residential Degree Colleges for Men candidates as per the old district/districts of their intermediate education have to choose the college/colleges located within the old district. 2. The admissions into 1st Year Degree (Semester wise) Course offered by TSW / TTW Residential Degree Colleges will be allotted online on the basis of merit (marks secured) in the TGUGCET-2020 as per the options exercised by the candidates (Item VI-A, VI-B & VI-C) at the time of Online application by following the rule of reservations (item-IV). (The candidates are informed to be careful while exercising / giving / choosing options of the colleges & courses) TGUGCET-2020 Entrance Examination to be conducted: Test will be conducted as per intermediate first & second year syllabus of General English & 3 optional subjects that the candidate pursued in Intermediate for 120 Marks @30 marks each in the four subjects. Question Paper will be objective type multiple choice both in English & Telugu. Answers should be marked on OMR Sheets.

Paper – 1: (Test 1 to 5) will be in one session (Morning 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM) of 2 ½ hours duration in four subjects. Group at Intermediate / equivalent level Test to be appeared Subject wise marks (Total 120 marks)
