How to resolve the E-15 error message on your Sam4S ER-180U cash register. In this video we use the ER-180US cash register with compulsory cash declaration (CCD) programmed to demonstrate how to deal with the E 15 error message.
Error code 15 arises when you attempt to run a financial report in either the X or Z modes before performing the cash declaration. In the video we show how to perform the cash declaration, which leaves us free to run the necessary X & Z reports.
