Hi Guys 🤗
Today i've prepared homemade fried chicken drumsticks, accompanied with waffle fries, mini bell peppers, pickles, creamy garlic sauce, spicy ketchup and spicy seasoned salt.

Ingredients:
4 chicken drumsticks
400g all-purpose flour
oil for frying ( i use peanut oil )
Chicken Marinade:
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp five-spice powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves smash garlic
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the chicken legs, soy sauce, smash garlic, cayenne pepper, white pepper and five-spice powder. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Prepare 2 food trays, one fill with flour, another fill with water.
3. Shake the chicken leg in the flour to coat and place it in the water. Let it soak in the water for 1 minute. Return the chicken to the flour and scoop the flour up over the chicken to coat.
4. Heat oil to 160°C.
5. Deep fry for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
