When we can't stop clinging to past experiences of trauma, and fears of future failure. When we can't stop chasing after dreams of success and accomplishment, we miss out on the only thing we truly possess or experience and that is the present moment.
Well I know this from personal experience and now it is time for me to share my experiences of regret and trauma. Because just like you up until this point I haven't become Buddha, and so I am still trapped in the ocean of suffering that is the mundane world.
