Unboxing Newest Dimoo The Missing Day Series by Pop Mart

Happy to be sharing the unboxing of my favourite Dimoo blindbox figurines from Pop Mart’s The Missing Day series which depicts Dimoo enjoying his extra day of the week without any rules or boundaries, and just focusing on his self-care activities.

I love this series so much that I bought a customised display case set that comes complete with cute props and even lights up!

I’m on a hunt for this series’s secret and here are the shaking tips I’ve compiled online:

1. Choose the heaviest box. It's the heaviest figure in the entire series. This box weighs 158.1g. The net weight without the desiccant is 153.8g.

2. You can clearly shake it up and down, with about one to one and a half fingers of space.

3. When shaken up and down, there is a distinct feeling of the figure’s heavy base hitting the bottom of the box.

4. This box can be shaken from front to back and side to side, but the front-to-back space is noticeably larger than the side-to-side space.

5. When shaken from front to back, there is a distinct rattling sound in the middle and upper- middle sections of the back of the box. This is
caused by the figure's calendar wall.

6. There are no obvious protrusions on the sides of the box, though the sides are a bit bulgy. If the figure is placed more centrally, you can feel the bulges when you press.

7. The secret figure's card is very thick. If it's not stuck, you might hear a distinct rattling sound from the card when you shake the box.
