It's Friday again,

So A-little Break and A Lovely Decent Legendary Cocktail is pretty much a good idea.

Today we are making a champagne cocktail Drink named;
THE SPARKLING MANGO SORBET FLOATS.

I just love this Light alternative to an ice cream float

You can Make it with sparkling juice for little one , or your favorite Doubles for grown ups

Either way , it will bring out the kid in you this Summer!
Mango Ginger Sorbet is perfect.
Otherwise you can use your favorite store bought Sorbet and with the flavor of your Choice.

These sparkling Mango Sorbet Floats are my antidote to a Blazing hot day.

Directions
You put a few scoops of golden mango sorbet into your champagne glass and then top it up slowly with some bubbly .
For children Or Born Agains , that means we pour sparkling juice from Chardonnay grapes,
Non-alcoholic of course.


But for grown-ups like me, why not treat yourself to a Generous pour of prosecco or Cava
And If you are feeling a little extra festive, now would be a great time to pop open a bottle of your fine Champagne.


So our INGREDIENTS today for our Cocktail are;
Mango Sorbet
and
Champagne
