Disabling the Refresh 2023 in Chrome 125 (but with bugs included)

Описание: So, In Chrome 125, They have removed the "Customize Chrome Side Panel" flag, but you can possibly do this through the command line switch here: "--disable-features=CustomizeChromeSidePanel". But, Chrome 125 is the very last version to have the pre-2023 refresh UI before it was removed completely in Chrome 126. However, the bugs when you have the refresh 2023 disabled such as the extension icon showing the new one rather than the old one, the new tab page shortcuts have text shoved to the right and also the Customize Chrome button no longer works.

Hopefully next time, I will do that in early builds in Chrome 126.
