You will complete the majority of the achievements in Endless Hell capping all of the combo points related achievements and endless hell level 2,3,4,5 and 10.
You can then jump into Endless Mode to easily get up to Endless level 20 and then finally the single player level related achievements 1 through 8-3 can all be completed on casual.
