Описание: I ate ONLY Korean convenience store food for 24 hours; from breakfast to dinner using only foods from CU and 7-Eleven in Korea. Korean convenience stores are on another level, and I wanted to see if I could survive an entire day eating nothing but convenience store meals, snacks, desserts, and drinks.

For breakfast, I started simple with classic Korean convenience store staples like triangle kimbap, banana milk, and baked eggs. These are some of the most popular everyday foods in Korea and are surprisingly affordable and filling.

By lunch, I went all in and tried some of the most iconic Korean convenience store hot foods, including ramen cooked in the in-store ramen machine, sausages, instant tteokbokki, and soup dumplings. I honestly didn’t expect convenience store food to taste this good.

For snacks and dinner, I brought home a variety of Korean convenience store desserts, snacks, noodles (udon), and kimchi cheese rice to see if convenience store food could actually replace real meals for a full day.

Korean convenience stores like CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven are famous worldwide for their quality, affordability, and variety. After trying dozens of different foods in just 24 hours, I finally understand why Korean convenience stores are considered some of the best in the world.
