We'll show you how to take a large panel of remote guests and route their audio dynamically to just 4 physical faders on your mixing board, letting the software do the heavy lifting.

The Strategy:
• Virtual Audio Slots: We repurpose vMix Mix Inputs (2-5) as dedicated slots for our featured guests, decoupling the audio routing from the individual callers.
• The VB.NET Script: We dive into the custom background script that monitors those Mixes and automatically routes the active guest to your hardware mixer (Buses A, B, C, and D) the moment they are switched on screen.
• The "Safety Net" (Bus E): How to create a dedicated "Gallery" or "Green Room" feed. Any guest not currently in a featured slot is automatically routed to a 5th fader, ensuring the A1 always hears everyone and never misses a cue.
• The A1 Dashboard: Building a custom NDI Multiview sent to Output 4, giving your audio engineer instant visual confirmation of exactly who is assigned to their 4 active faders.
