I recently met with Bloo from @BloosSelfReliance to learn water bath canning. This is something I only attempted once by myself but wanted to feel more confident doing. I'm better with in-person, practical learning (over videos and books) so I can ask questions and have someone tell me how to improve. It felt like a sign when I saw Bloo promote her water bath canning beginner workshops! I'm always in awe of how she easily knocks up lots of canned goods and thought she'd be a fab tutor.
This isn't an ad and I'm not receiving any commission for saying this! I paid for the workshop and genuinely enjoyed it. Sharing my experience as I think it's a fab investment and skill to learn for many people in the UK.
