As the Co-Founder and CEO of Black Salt Games, she leads the studio behind the award-winning sinister fishing adventure, DREDGE. Nadia’s journey in game development began at CerebralFix, where she spent over nine years spearheading processes and tools. In late 2020 she transitioned from her role as General Manager of NZ Aotearoa’s largest work-for-hire game studio, leveraging her extensive industry understanding to venture into indie game development.
