Описание: This introduction was created by Walt Disney Home Video for its "Limited Gold Edition" subset of the original Cartoon Classics video series in 1984. As the series was intended to seriously celebrate Disney's cartoon shorts on video for the first time (as noted by the gold packaging and classy renderings of the various Disney characters on the covers of each video), this intro told the (condensed and somewhat inaccurate) story of Mickey Mouse from creation to his honorary Oscar Award in 1932. Since the tapes were priced at a very affordable $29.99, this was an important education for those children whose parents had a Beta or VHS VCR in 1984.
