Hi, you might be wondering why I made this video. Stress is one cause of skin conditions like acne and it is important to treat it from the inside and out. It can also lead to many diseases and stress management is a powerful tool for our wellness. I personally get breakouts whenever I'm stressed out or I don't get a good night's sleep. Some people would get rosacea flare-ups or would eat too many processed foods leading to acne breakouts just because of stress. In this video, I shared seven ways on how to manage and reduce stress.
