🇻🇳 We're back in Vietnam's third largest city, Hai Phong! There's many reasons to return to a place, but for me, the thing that always draws me back somewhere is the people. I will forget the scenic sites I've visited at a place, I will forget the beautiful views, but I never forget the people I meet. And so, here is the main reason I came back to Hai Phong: to meet a friend and enjoy some good food. Hope you enjoy.
