💎At the beginning of the year, things are going to change that quickly.

We're really getting a sense of what's happening in the market. 📈

📸Try to book a photographer they're booking into the second week of February, which goes along with people just held off through the month of January.


😀So if you're a buyer, or thinking of buying a home DON'T PANIC about the current availability and inventory.


Things are going to change. 🔁

🚗Let's get going because a lot of things are gonna change on the real estate front here very, very quickly.🏎


🏡We've had a great opportunity to take advantage of super low-interest rates and they're super low.


🎯And in some cases, we're seeing interest rates are lower than they were two or three weeks ago.


📈I know lots of talk about interest rates going up and I believe that.


🗓That will happen this year and it could happen in March.


And that gives us about a 30-day window. ⏰


⏳So time is of the essence here.


There are going to be some great buys out there. 🏠


🏘There's going to be some great inventory coming on in the next few days.


➡️And next few weeks, it's all a timing issue.
