Motorists across the globe are feeling the pinch from soaring oil prices. In the U.S., average gas price was at $3.48 a gallon on Monday (March 9), up more than 16% since last week, according to AAA, and appears set to increase further given rising oil prices and higher demand as the summer months approach. In the Philippines, fuel prices jumped P17 to P24 per liter.
