In wastewater tanks fibrous material may occur and accumulate. The accumulated rags reduce the mixing effect, increase the power consumption and could damage the equipment. When this happens, the smart XRW mixer will simply slow down, stop spinning and then temporarily reverse direction for a few seconds at low speed to release the propeller from the rags. After stopping once more, the mixer then starts spinning in the initial speed.
