Ingredients:

2 large eggs, separated
1 ¾ cups milk (whole or 2% for best results)
½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat the Waffle Iron: Preheat your waffle iron according to its instructions.
Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
