based off of this design:
   • Much Simplier Cow Milker | Create 0.5.0+  
but unlike it, is able to contain the cow on it's own with a seat, without the use of trapdoors, and is even smaller

how it works: the cow's hitbox is just tall enough to be clicked by a deployer, when the cow is sitting on a seat. at the same time, because the cow is clipped into a basin or an item drain, the deployer can deposit milk on every second activation.
