These homemade Sugar Roasted almonds are better than the cinnamon roasted nuts you find at the mall or fair (like these cinnamon sugar Almonds)This recipe is super easy & requires only sugar, cinnamon, and water to make a sweet coating for almonds. they are so tasty and addictive that you will always want to have a jar full of them on your countertop all the time for a little sweet nibble!

ingredients for Sugar Roasted Almond:

1 1/2 cup of raw almonds
1/2 cup of white sugar or brown sugar
1/2 cup of watera
pinch of ground cinnamon

Directions:
Line a tray or a baking sheet with parchment paper to get it ready for the almonds.Add sugar to a warm skillet, water, and Almonds.
Let it cook on medium heat for 10-15 min, start stirring until the sugar gets thicker, turn off the heat when it starts to caramelize.
for Extra crunchy almonds,
cook for 2-3 more minutes on low heat or until Almonds are covered with thick sugary coating.
Let it cool and serve when it's completely cold.
Store in an air-tight container for longer freshness.
