Loco hauled commuter trains around Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2006. Two gauges, Alco, EMD ad GE power. Domestic and export models. Trains were crowded, some neighborhoods weren't the best but I followed the trains and got variety.
A lot of theses scene are consigned to history now as there has been substantial investment in new equipment.
The first part covers Linea San Martin between Retiro and Cabred.. Power is a mixture of domestic Alco's and Export EMD's with one European locomotive also making an appearance.
Part two covers a circle trip on the Belgrando lines from Constitucion using mostly Export EMD
and some small GE's. North
