🧢
A very specific prayer from the A-F-R-H —
not too high, not too low, and please… no electric chair yet.
❤️ WHY I WROTE THIS SONG
I noticed something at the A-F-R-H.
You can tell a lot about a person by how they set their rollator.
Some folks have the handlebars way up high —
like they’re steering a parade float.
Some have them way down low —
like they’re training for a limbo contest.
Mine?
Right in the middle.
Not too proud.
Not too bent.
Just enough help to keep me moving.
And one day it hit me — this is exactly how I pray now.
Not for miracles.
Not for youth.
Not for six-pack abs or a comeback tour.
Just for wisdom, balance, and one more hallway at a time.
Solomon asked God for wisdom — not riches, not long life — and God said,
“Good choice.”
SoI figured…
I’ll try being specific too.

If something doesn’t make sense, don’t worry — I’ve confused myself before breakfast. I’m here anytime.
