STORYLINE:
Members of the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo Association said on Thursday they had found a survivor who went missing during Argentina's dictatorship.
The Association leaders said they found 31-year-old Marco Suarez, who was identified as the son of Hugo Alberto Suarez and Maria Rosa Bedolla, two young students who were kidnapped and killed in La Plata.
Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo Association founder Estela de Carlotto said Suarez, "was kidnapped along with his father on the 10th of September, 1976 shortly before he turned one."
"The most important moment for us has been to see the hug he gave to his grandmother. They hugged each other like they had known each other forever. This young man came to look for his father and he found his grandmother," de Carlotto said.
Marco is the 85th grandson who has been located by the grandmothers. The organisation said close to five-hundred other children are still missing.
Nearly 13,000 people are officially listed killed or missing as a result of what prosecutors described as the dictatorship's systematic crackdown on dissent, known as the "Dirty War."
Human rights groups say the toll is closer to 30,000.
