WHAT ARE FUNGUS GNATS INDOORS?
Indoor Fungus gnats are a fruit fly–sized insect pest that primarily affects Indoor Orchids and houseplants. Attracted to the moisture of potting soil, adult Fungus Gnats lay their eggs (up to about 200) on organic matter near the soil surface. After about three days, the Indoor Fungus Gnat eggs hatch into larvae, which burrow into the soil Indoors to feed on Fungi and decaying Orchid or Indoor HousePlant material. Two weeks after that, adult Indoor Fungus Gnats emerge from the soil Indoors to repeat the process. Adult Indoor Fungus Gnats live for about one week Indoors.

How do I get rid of Indoor Fungus Gnats in my house?

1 Kill Indoor Fungus Gnats in Home with Dish Soap and Alcohol.
2 Turn off fans to give Indoor Fungus Gnats time to fly around.
3 First identify where the Indoor Fungus Gnats are flying to or from.
4 Remove Indoor Fungus Gnat Larvae From Potting Soil by replacing with fresh medium or soil.
