Ingredients:
800 gm whole chicken wings

For flour mixture:
½ cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/3 cup corn flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
1 teaspoon meat masala powder (optional)
1 teaspoon salt

For sauce:
2 tablespoon butter
5 cloves of garlic
½ cup hot chilli sauce or buffalo sauce (I use sriracha hot chilli sauce)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chilli garlic sauce (optional)
