Today, I’m joined by Wholistic NeuroGrowth Success Coach Tracy, and we’re going to have an important conversation about something many parents are noticing but aren’t always sure how to talk about.
Are phones and iPads being introduced too early to children?
We’ll explore how early technology exposure can create fast dopamine hits in the developing brain and what that might mean later for focus, attention, and habits.
Many of the behaviours we see in children today, such as restlessness, difficulty focusing, and constant stimulation seeking, can sometimes look like ADHD, but we also have to ask what environment the brain is being trained in.
This conversation isn’t about blaming technology or judging parents. Technology is part of our world.
But our human biology has not changed.
Children still need connection, interaction, movement, and presence for healthy development.
When screens begin to replace those experiences too early, it can affect the rhythm of how the brain learns to regulate attention and energy.
We’ll also talk about:
• the difference between healthy technology use and over-stimulation
• why boundaries matter for nervous system development
• how parents can lead with awareness instead of guilt
• what Parenting in Flow looks like in a technology-driven world
This is not about perfect parenting or rigid rules.
It’s about understanding human SoulPrint Biology and learning how to guide children in a modern world while still honouring how humans are naturally designed to grow.
Join us, listen in, and share your thoughts.
This is a conversation every parent, teacher, and caregiver should hear.
