Led by Mira, this is a 30-minute all seated full body strength and mobility workout which is perfect if you're dealing with injury, limited mobility or balance issues.
The session starts with a warm up with cardio elements to wake up your body and mind. At the heart of today's session is interval training for full body strength, focusing on shoulder mobility. The session ends with a gentle stretching routine for muscle tension relief.
