How to fix Windows 10 shutdown problem

In this video, I am going to show you how to fix windows 10 shutdown problem. Earlier when I shutting down my computer, screen goes off but buttons for power and hard drive won't stop. And also I couldn't wake up my laptop after put it in to sleep mode. Every time I had to shutdown my laptop forcefully by pressing power button.

I found 3 fixed for this.
1. Turn off windows hybrid shutdown option
2. Upgrade sound and graphic drivers
3. Perform windows clean boot
