Heart Shaped Fried Egg Snack
Sometimes called Gyeranmari or Tamagoyaki or any number of other names. A delicious heart shaped rolled omelette.
I am pleased to be filming a video response to Aeri over at Aeri's Kitchen and her video titled Valentine's Egg.
This is a very simple, yet elegant looking snack which is also very tasty.
Thank you Aeri for posting this.
My version is a little different from Aeri's with the addition of crushed red pepper.
Heart Shape Fried Egg
5 Large Eggs
2 TBS Carrot / chopped fine
2 TBS Scallion / chopped fine
2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
That's all it takes is for this tasty little snack.
