The KMA Audio Machines Dead Stag fuzz/distortion pedal is based on a classic big muff with a ton of unique features. Controls are volume, gain, parametric mid with frequency knob and mid cut/boost, active treble and bass controls. Two toggle switches are smooth/sharp and a gain hi/lo. Sounds absolutely massive.

The Bass:
USA Elrick 4 with Bartolini soapbar pickups. All recorded in passive mode, no active preamp.
The Amp:
Mesa Boogie Carbine M9 into a RoadReady 6x10 cab.
Speaker was mic'd with an AKG D112. There is no DI signal on this one.
NO eq, audio controls, or compression were added.
