Описание: Today is Sarah’s 2nd prenatal checkup here in the Philippines — and instead of going back to a private hospital, Sarah wanted to return to her local barangay health center where she had her first child years ago.

We’ll show you what a public prenatal visit feels like (the check-in, vitals, paperwork, and yes… we even heard the baby’s heartbeat). The staff and locals were super welcoming — and we had an unexpected, funny moment when we met a single Filipina named Sarah (Sarah Jane) who asked to say hi on camera for any single foreign viewers watching.

After the appointment, we grabbed food at a local eatery (sisig + rice is life) and headed home to feed the hungry pregnant lady. 😄
