Some of the advantages of mixed reality are:
It enhances the perception and understanding of the real world by adding relevant and contextual information.
It creates new possibilities for entertainment, education, training, communication, collaboration, and creativity.
It reduces the need for physical travel or transportation by enabling remote presence and interaction.
Some of the disadvantages of mixed reality are:

It may cause physical or psychological discomfort or harm by inducing motion sickness, eye strain, fatigue, distraction, or addiction.
The future of mixed reality is likely to be shaped by the following trends:
