Washington Bridge - RiDOT's Narrative is about to Change

Описание: Rhode Island DOT (RiDOT) is preparing to announce the design/build contractor who will perform the work for replacing the westbound Washington Bridge (I-195 over the Seekonk River) in Providence, Rhode Island. This will be an important milestone and one that should be celebrated to some degree. Unfortunately, RiDOT continues to avoid transparency and accountability for their part in the demise and emergency closure of this 50 plus year old bridge in December 2023. In this video, I point out key examples of what I consider to be shameful behavior by RiDOT Director Peter Alviti about what in my opinion is his continued avoidance in disclosing the truth about what happened to this bridge.
