Try this quick 11 minute postpartum butt and thigh workout at home.
Equipment needed: light dumbbells or water bottles, resistance band (optional), yoga mat (optional).
No warm up, but cool down and stretch included.
I have been doing these exercises at home to slowly get my strength back postpartum (post c-section).
